The family room was spacious, clean, and practical. The pool area was pleasant with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and the entertainment team kept things lively with fun activities during the day and in the evenings. The atmosphere was relaxed, with music playing softly in the background. Meals were plentiful, from breakfast to dinner, so you never went hungry. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the small shop at the hotel was a convenient addition. As areas for improvement, the beds were quite hard, and pool towels were not always available. Otherwise, a clean and comfortable hotel we’d be happy to return to.
It's not 4 but all the staff are great, so friendly. They work non stop. I can't praise them enough. The pool is nice, maybe a little small for the hotel. You need to grab a sunbed early but on one occasion, there wasn't any and a staff member went and got us a couple of beds. Again, the staff are great.
I liked everything very much, especially the excellent attitude of the animators, they are simply delightful. The food is also very tasty and often fed, the cleaning in the rooms is also excellent, they do everything carefully. I especially want to praise the view from the beautiful hotel that overlooks the sea, as well as the beautiful pool with warm water and cleanliness. Next year I will definitely come here again and will not even look at other options.
